Themes: Gratitude, motivation, appreciation, disgust in people taking everything for granted
The story of this song follows the brother of "Her," a selfish, deceptive female who aims solely to achieve her wants, manipulating others to do such. The brother is disgusted by this constant selfishness and greed that's often in the form of her manipulation of her boyfriend and father, therefore promising himself never to become like his sister. He promises to cherish his blessings, dream of tomorrow, but work for today.
